Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for operational sales support and order management, serving as the primary contact for dealers regarding order-related matters. You will work closely with sales, logistics, finance, and Nordic stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and smooth daily operations for sales activities. Yamaha's office is located in Espoo near Suomenoja. The position follows a hybrid model, with three days a week in the office and the possibility of remote work two days a week. This is a 12-month parental leave substitute position. You will ensure smooth operational functioning and support sales teams in achieving their goals. - Receiving, processing, and monitoring dealer orders in Finland and the Baltic states - Daily operational sales support and communication with dealers - Handling customer and order cases for the online store - Maintaining product, price, and order data in systems - Collaboration with sales, logistics, and finance - Developing and streamlining administrative processes We Are Looking For - Experience in sales support, customer service, or similar administrative roles - Experience with order processing and ERP/CRM systems - Good interaction and collaboration skills - A service-oriented and solution-focused attitude - Fluent proficiency in Finnish and English We Value - Swedish language skills - Experience from the marine, technical products, or automotive industries - Knowledge of Yamaha products or interest in the leisure/mobility sector To succeed in the role, you are: - Organized - Confident - Social - Solution-oriented Recruitment Process Academic Work is handling this search on behalf of its client, who requests that all questions regarding the position be directed to Academic Work.
