Home care worker

We are seeking a warm, reliable home helper for a permanent contract in Tampere. Join Sointu Senioripalvelut’s home care team and help elderly clients in their own homes with respectful, independent, and responsible service. The role involves varied, mobile work at client homes in Tampere and surrounding municipalities. You should bring a friendly customer-service attitude and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team. Prior experience in home cleaning or care for older adults is preferred, and fluent Finnish (written and spoken) is required. Working hours are weekday daytime, typically 7–17, with travel between locations; a valid B-class driver’s license is essential, and owning a car is an advantage. Vaccination against infectious diseases and a criminal-record extract are required for the position.
