Master Franchise Partner Flamingo Bowl Suomeen

Flamingo Bowl is seeking a strong, growth-oriented individual or company to join as Master Franchise Partner in Finland. This role is strategic and spans nationwide development of the Flamingo Bowl concept, including implementing growth plans, developing new regions and locations, recruiting new franchisees, and building a Finnish entrepreneur network. This is not single-restaurant ownership but an opportunity to build and scale the Flamingo Bowl business across Finland in close collaboration with the brand owner. The partner will act as the strategic partner to Flamingo Bowl in Finland, responsible for long-term market development and approaching expansion with a focus on sustainable growth. The ideal candidate has entrepreneurial drive, strong business acumen, experience in hospitality/franchising/retail or multi-site leadership, and a solid network within the Finnish market. Financial resources to start and grow the business in Finland are required. Flamingo Bowl provides a ready-made concept, brand, products, operating model, and support to help launch and grow the business. The goal is to establish a structured franchising network in Finland with the Master Franchise Partner at the core, bridging Flamingo Bowl and local franchisees. This is an entrepreneurial business partnership rather than employee employment.
