Right now, we are especially looking for: Early childhood education teachers and early childhood education social services professionals for the Helsinki metropolitan area School assistants and special needs school assistants for temporary shifts You can apply for these roles using the same application form and tell us which role you are particularly interested in. We are currently recruiting people who have: A vocational qualification in education and guidance, a vocational qualification in social and health care, or another suitable equivalent qualification that includes, or has been supplemented with, sufficiently extensive studies in childcare, education and teaching An interest in and skills for working in autism and intellectual disability education or early childhood education Substantial work experience with children and young people The work requires: The ability to work in Finnish A current criminal record extract for working with children Those working with children under school age must provide a tuberculosis assessment under the Communicable Diseases Act We also appreciate: Readiness to take a shift at short notice, for example with one hour's warning, and the possibility of working weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00 Availability for shifts particularly on Mondays A collaborative and proactive approach Interested in our roles? We pay hourly or monthly wages according to your education, plus supplements under the Vuokra-TES collective agreement. In education, pay is within the following hourly or monthly ranges: School assistant: €13.97–14.71/hour (€2,277.30–2,397.16/month) Special needs school assistant: €15.16–15.96/hour (€2,471.88–2,601.98/month) In early childhood education, pay is within the following hourly or monthly ranges: Daycare assistant: €13.67–14.39/hour (€2,228.99–2,346.31/month) Early childhood education childcare worker: €14.66–15.85/hour (€2,389.15–2,582.86/month) Early childhood education teacher: €17.69–19.13/hour (€2,884.25–3,118.11/month) Early childhood education social services professional: €16.40–17.73/hour (€2,672.72–2,889.43/month) Special education teacher in early childhood education: €18.52–20.02/hour (€3,019.09–3,263.88/month) We offer you a way of working that fits your life, courses through Seure Academy to develop your skills and support your well-being, and the OmaSeure app for handling work-related matters.
