Technical Property Maintenance Technician (Hotel)

The Technical Property Maintenance Technician role combines the daily upkeep of hotel properties, technical problem-solving, customer service and monitoring energy efficiency. You will handle a range of maintenance, servicing and repair tasks, respond to service requests, carry out monthly tests of technical systems and use building automation as part of energy-efficient maintenance. You will work actively with customers and collaborate with colleagues and other specialists. Your working days will vary, and you will move between different sites as part of a skilled property services team. Work is on weekdays between 7:00 and 18:00. We hope you have: - A vocational qualification in property maintenance or equivalent practical skills. - At least three years’ experience in technical property maintenance, servicing or upkeep. - Valid Occupational Safety and Hot Work Cards and a category B driving licence. - An independent, solution-oriented and customer-focused approach. - Good communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to organise your own work.
