The role involves partnering with senior business and technology leaders across Finland's most significant industrial organisations, shaping and delivering transformation that translates into lasting commercial value. The position includes facilitating executive workshops, defining future operating models, designing CRM and customer service solutions across Salesforce, SAP CX, and Microsoft Dynamics, and building next-generation service capabilities leveraging AI, IoT, automation, and predictive maintenance. The candidate will develop Accenture Song's industrial offerings through thought leadership and innovation, win new business, and grow a high-performing, inclusive team.
