Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Industrial Measurements software development team at Vaisala headquarters in Vantaa, Finland. You will be part of our Industrial Instruments software development team of strong professionals. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to design and develop embedded software for our high-precision measurement instruments. In this role you will be working in close co-operation with other software engineers, mechanical and electronic engineers and software developers. You will report to Development Manager. Your responsibilities include: Design and implement embedded software for our measurement devices using ZephyrOS and C/C++ Possibility to contribute to the development and evolution of our shared software platform Take end-to-end ownership of features and modules in mostly independent project setups Participate in code reviews, testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliable, industrial-grade products
