Fullstack Developer (backend focus)

We are looking for a fullstack developer for Koho Sales Oy to join our software development team in Helsinki, Kalasatama. The role primarily focuses on backend development, but developers also work on frontend when needed. Koho is a Finnish SaaS for managing customer relationships, projects, time tracking, invoicing, resourcing and reporting. Our development is practical and customer-facing; we maintain an established system with reliable operation rather than chasing the latest tech trends. You will solve customer issues, implement changes and customizations based on requests, and contribute to making Koho better. You will mainly develop and maintain Koho’s backend, with frontend work as part of the role. Our stack is Ruby on Rails and MySQL. Tasks may include improving existing functionality, integrations, new features, bug fixing, and production environment troubleshooting; collaboration with other developers and Koho staff.
