Construction Labourer

Interested in construction? Apply to work as a construction labourer in Tampere! We are looking for energetic construction labourers for our client’s new apartment-building construction site in Tampere! This is a great opportunity to learn about the construction industry and build your skills alongside experienced workers. Previous construction experience is not necessary; a positive attitude, an energetic approach to work and a willingness to learn are what matter most. Your duties will include a range of assisting tasks on site, such as carrying and moving construction materials, cleaning and clearing the site, sorting materials, carrying out protective work and assisting experienced workers with various construction tasks. Duties will change as the project progresses, giving you a varied view of everyday work on a construction site. We are looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic people who are comfortable with physical work and willing to take on different tasks. Construction training or previous work experience is an advantage, but not essential. A valid Occupational Safety Card is required for employment. Work starts flexibly by agreement. Working hours are generally Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:30. Pay is determined according to the construction industry collective agreement and your skills: €12.60–14.20 per hour, plus supplements under the agreement. Interested?
