Restaurant Server

StaffPoint is recruiting restaurant servers for Lapland Hotels Riekonlinna in Saariselkä for the 2026–2027 winter season! In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the dining room and meet guests with warm, friendly energy. You enjoy a fast-paced working environment and keep a positive attitude even on busy evenings. Work starts on 23 November 2026 and is expected to last until the end of March. The employment is fixed-term, with full working hours of 112.5 hours per three-week period. The employment relationship is between the employee and StaffPoint. The Lapland Hotels chain is a smoke-free workplace. We expect you to have restaurant-sector education or work experience in restaurant duties, a proactive and energetic attitude, Finnish and English language skills, a hygiene passport and an alcohol-serving passport.
