Assistant Store Manager

In this role, you will play a key part in the store’s daily life and support the Store Manager in the operational management of the store. What will you be responsible for? You will support the Store Manager in daily management and act as the team’s day-to-day supervisor. You will encourage and motivate colleagues to achieve shared goals. You will make sure the store is attractive and that customers want to return. You will help onboard new employees and build a positive team spirit. You will take part in maintaining the store’s visual appearance and be active on social media if that comes naturally to you. We are looking for someone who: Has experience in target-driven sales and preferably also in a responsible role or as a supervisor in retail. Is sales-oriented and gets energy from positive customer interactions. Is motivated by goals and enjoys it when the team succeeds together. Is interested in fashion, especially denim, and enjoys following trends. Leads by example and encourages others to develop.
