Junior Carpenter

Junior carpenter for an apartment-building construction site in Tampere! We are looking for a junior carpenter for our client to work on the interior phase of a new apartment building in Tampere! You will work alongside more experienced carpenters and carry out a variety of interior-phase construction tasks. Your duties include installing interior doors and frames, fitting mouldings, building casings and suspended ceilings, panelling, and various finishing and repair jobs as the site progresses. We are looking for someone who already has some basic construction skills and, above all, wants to develop in carpentry work. You do not need to be a fully qualified professional yet—the most important things are being able to handle tools, measure, and get started with an energetic attitude. Construction education or previous experience in similar tasks is considered an advantage. A valid Occupational Safety Card is a condition of employment. Work starts flexibly by agreement. The usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:30. Pay is determined under the construction industry collective agreement, taking your experience and skills into account, at approximately €15.56–€18.65 per hour plus supplements under the agreement.
