Junior Carpenter

Are you setting out on a career as a carpenter? We are looking for motivated people starting out as carpenters for construction, precast-element and casting work for our client company in Uusimaa and the Helsinki metropolitan area. Are you interested in practical construction work and the opportunity to develop your skills in the construction sector? Apply for the role! Duties: The work includes, among other things, formwork and casting, assisting with precast-element work, assisting with installation tasks, and site logistics and maintaining cleanliness. Work is often at changing sites, and working hours are generally weekdays between 07:00 and 15:30. This is an excellent opportunity to get to know different sites and the opportunities they offer! What we require from applicants: - Previous experience in construction work. - Genuine interest in construction and a desire to develop in the field. - You are ready to get to work on site, take responsibility and demonstrate your skills in practice. - A valid occupational safety card approved by the Occupational Safety Centre; other industry cards are considered an advantage. - You must be of legal age. - Finnish language skills. - Personal tools are an advantage. - Access to a car is considered an advantage, but is not essential for the work. What we offer: This is an excellent opportunity to take on varied duties and find longer-term work! We offer pay in accordance with the construction industry collective agreement; the general rate for construction workers is €15.55–€18.64 per hour, depending on your skills and experience. You will also receive all the necessary work equipment. In addition, our HR team will support you with any questions throughout your employment.
