We are seeking a proactive DevOps Engineer to join our client’s technology team in Tampere. In this role you will play a central part across the software organization, helping maintain, streamline, and build software builds and development environments. The client is a global leader in high-reliability technology solutions with a Tampere competence center focusing on advanced passenger information systems for rail and public transport. As a key contact for build systems and developer tooling, your core focus will be empowering developers and ensuring reliable software infrastructure. Responsibilities include administering Linux server environments, configuring and maintaining Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, developing automation using Bash, Python, and Ansible, and supporting developers with tooling queries. Candidates should have solid Linux administration experience (Debian/RedHat), Jira admin experience, Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools, and scripting skills. English language proficiency is required; Finnish is a plus. We offer a flexible hybrid work model with home office and office days in Tampere, a collaborative team, and varied tasks in an international context.

Requirements
- Strong Linux administration experience (Debian/RedHat).
- Administration of Atlassian tools, Jira focus.
