The Senior Manager, Performance Management & Organizational Effectiveness role plays a critical role in aligning talent strategy with business objectives. This position partners closely with leaders to drive goal-setting excellence, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management while leveraging data and analytics to improve organizational capability and business results. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to align rewards and retention programs with organizational objectives Individual Goal Enablement & Metric-Driven Alignment (Core Focus) Develop and maintain corporate-wide goal-setting frameworks and KPI standards, including quantification expectations, appropriate number of KPIs, and role clarity Coach and support managers and leaders in establishing SMART, measurable goals that align enterprise, functional, team, and individual business outcomes Establish end-to-end governance for the goal-setting process, including timeline management, key deliverables, accountability, and enterprise-wide consistency Validate cascade integrity from business plan to business unit, function, team, and individual goals to ensure strategic alignment and numerical roll-up consistency Strengthen the linkage between goal achievement, performance evaluation, and compensation outcomes to reinforce accountability and business performance Program Leadership In collaboration with functional leaders, lead enterprise processes including leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews Embed quantifiable success measures (e.g., readiness, retention, engagement, capability growth) into HR driven programs Build organization wide competency model to support organizations continuous improvement goals Analytics & Impact Monitor target vs. actual performance metrics to assess effectiveness of talent initiatives Provide functional leaders with data-driven insights and recommendations to improve organizational capability and performance Business Partnership Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on workforce capability gaps and development priorities Partner across HR to deliver integrated, business-focused talent solutions Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and employee engagement across the organization Required Skills 5-7+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, transformation or related HR discipline Demonstrated success in designing and executing data-driven development strategies Strong analytical, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders Excellent communication and change management skills Education, Certifications & Licenses BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology, or related field. PHR or SPHR preferred.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and change management skills
- BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology, or related field
