This is a newly established role designed to support a small number of Bluefors’ most strategically important and demanding corporate technology customers—leading developers of quantum computing technology transitioning from R&D towards commercial‑scale deployment. In this role, you will work closely with Bluefors’ Key Account Managers as part of a tight CPM–KAM pair: while the KAM owns the commercial relationship, you will own the operational and programmatic integrity of the customer relationship. Based in the eastern United States, you will act as a vital bridge between the customer environment and Bluefors’ teams in Helsinki, Syracuse and NY—ensuring clarity, consistency, and follow‑through across organizations and time zones. Main responsibilities - Orchestrate the overall customer program together with the Key Account Manager, ensuring clear ownership and coordination across all active workstreams. - Establish Customer Program, covering engineering, product and configuration setup, delivery, compliance, technology and roadmap, and executive threads in the customer engagement. Ensure objectives are clear, initiatives are resourced, and execution plans are established and follow-through. - Maintain internal reporting of the customer program for the account team and Bluefors leadership, and reporting and follow-through towards the customer. - Ensure customer forecasts are understood and incorporated into Bluefors demand and supply planning. - Ensure customer requirements, compliance expectations, and IP agreements are correctly understood and applied across internal teams. What we expect from you - Extensive experience in program management, customer success, or a senior customer‑facing role in a complex technical B2B environment. - Proven ability to manage multiple parallel threads with strong structure and follow‑through. - Strong facilitation and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders. - Experience working across cultures and time zones, particularly between the US and Europe. - Excellent command of English. We would also appreciate - Experience in deep tech, advanced hardware, or scientific instrumentation environments. - Familiarity with engineering‑to‑order and project‑based delivery. - High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive customer and IP‑related information. - A proactive, customer‑first mindset.
