We are seeking traffic controllers for road construction sites for the autumn season. The role involves directing traffic safely and smoothly on construction sites and ensuring that both workers and road users move safely. It is a gig-based position with hours and work sites varying by situation. Work starts in early September and may continue into the autumn. Shifts are varied and at different sites, so flexibility and a positive attitude are valued. You will succeed if you are precise, responsible, and able to work independently in changing situations. Requirements include fluent Finnish, valid B-driver's license, at least 18 years old, a responsible and careful work attitude, commitment to safety practices, access to a personal car, and safety cards (Työturvallisuuskortti, Tieturva 1).
