Sales Assistant

We at ReWo are looking for motivated and energetic salespeople for our door-to-door sales team (Elova, Ikkunaveljet) in Tampere, Turku, and Oulu. Your role is simple: arouse people’s interest in house cleaning and our company and arrange a meeting with them. You will be paid for every arranged meeting, including those that do not lead to a sale. You do not need to sell at the door; experienced representatives handle the closing. Working hours are skewed toward weekday afternoons and weekends, so it is well suited to study. You can start selling flexibly right away, and there is plenty to sell year-round. Our best salespeople earn well over €50/hour, and with solid performance commissions in the range of €25-€40/hour. What we expect from you: a bold attitude and good social skills; a desire to earn money and deliver results; courage to meet people face-to-face; the ability to learn quickly; previous sales experience is not required.
