Assistant Store Manager

You will be responsible for the store's sales leadership, B2B sales, and training of the team on various JYSK concepts. You will work closely with the store manager as a partner, taking on supervisory duties and tasks. You will set an example for the team, prioritise and delegate weekly tasks, support shift planning, manage campaigns, communicate with the team, monitor metrics, and ensure the store is commercial and ready for customers. Your weekly tasks include providing constructive feedback to help the team succeed. The job requires good physical condition, but you will have the best tools and team support. The role offers variety across store, warehouse, and campaigns.
