Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Lillan Hotel & Kök to be responsible for the restaurant's day-to-day operations, staff leadership, onboarding and shift planning, ensuring customer experience and service quality, and leading restaurant services, events and experiences, and product development in collaboration with the leadership team, as well as financial aspects of the operation, including sales and profitability. You will lead staff with strong organizational skills, a responsible and solution‑oriented attitude, and a passion for delivering high‑quality service. Finnish and English proficiency is required. Prior experience in hotel and/or restaurant environments is a plus.
