Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Managers to lead KFC restaurants in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The company aims to expand by opening up to 20 new restaurants in the Greater Helsinki area, Turku, and Tampere over the next three years. The role involves leading restaurant staff, coordinating daily operations, driving sales in line with set targets, preparing and adhering to budgets, ensuring an excellent customer experience, creating rosters, complying with legislation and collective agreements, recruiting, training and developing staff in collaboration with the restaurant manager, shift managers and trainers, analysing performance and developing the team, improving profitability through resource and inventory management and performance analytics, ensuring compliance with KFC standards, and covering the restaurant manager when necessary. Requirements include previous supervisory experience in the restaurant industry (e.g., assistant restaurant manager, shift supervisor or similar), strong leadership and teamwork skills, deep understanding of customer service and hospitality principles, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, proficient MS Office skills, flexibility to work according to restaurant hours, excellent Finnish and English language skills, and the ability to handle pressure and adapt quickly during new restaurant openings.
