Combination Vehicle Driver for Food Distribution

We are recruiting combination vehicle drivers for our client to transport and distribute food in the South Ostrobothnia region. The work involves driving a full trailer carrying food in roll containers or on pallets. Shifts include mornings, evenings and nights, but the driver’s own preferences are also considered when schedules are planned. The work totals approximately 80 hours per two-week period. Drivers must be able to work occasional weekend shifts, though these are infrequent. The base is in Seinäjoki. We hope you have previous experience in the transport sector, but comprehensive orientation will be provided. There is an opportunity to transfer to the client company’s own workforce. We expect you to have valid driver cards (CE driving licence, digital tachograph card and professional competence), punctuality and accuracy, customer service skills, and a positive attitude. We offer pay according to the AKT collective agreement (€17.13–€18.17/hour), plus supplements, overtime and pekkanen compensation; independent, long-term work; the opportunity to progress in the transport sector and modern vehicles; quality work clothes and a range of employee benefits. The work starts immediately, as agreed. If you think you are the person we are looking for, submit your application using the link or by email. We will begin interviews during the application period and fill the positions as soon as suitable candidates are found. For more information: HR Consultant Tommi Suhonen, tommi.suhonen@workpower.fi.
