Responsibilities
- Assist the store manager as a partner
- Conduct weekly task prioritization and empower the team
- Support scheduling and communicate with the team
- Monitor KPIs and take necessary actions to keep the store commercial and ready for customers
- Provide regular feedback to the team to help them succeed
- Benefit from a solid onboarding and support from the store manager to grow into the store manager role
- Work across store, warehouse and campaigns to keep things dynamic
Requirements
- Motivation to lead as a supervisor and to drive the team to results by example
- Experience and demonstrations in shift-leading roles are advantageous but not mandatory
- Sales-minded with a focus on achieving targets and selling during each shift
- Experience in training, onboarding, and guiding others
- Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment with flexible shifts
