What you’ll bring - Experience in analytics, preferably within People Analytics, Recruiting Analytics, or a closely related function. - Experience developing reports and dashboards with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. - Advanced SQL skills, including experience building and maintaining analytical data models in large-scale relational databases. - Proficiency in R or Python for statistical analysis, data preparation, and workflow automation. - Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing team member surveys. - Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop and deliver presentations for senior and executive audiences. - Clear written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce well-organized reference materials. - Experience with Workday reporting and data extraction, people systems such as Greenhouse or Culture Amp, or AI experimentation and automation in analytics workflows is helpful but not required.
