The ward manager position is permanent, starting August 31, 2026, or as agreed. In the line manager's role, you lead both the acute ward and the Mobile Hospital's operations as part of the hospital and rehabilitation services. Both are equally important: together they ensure that hospital-level care is timely, safe, and responsive to customers' needs. As a line manager, you are responsible for the quality and impact of nursing, staff well-being, and the smoothness of operations.
