Cleaning Services Instructor

Join us as a Cleaning Services Instructor in commercial cleaning in Lahti, Heinola and Hartola/Päijät-Häme. Are you an experienced cleaning professional interested in a guiding role where you can support the team’s everyday work and ensure high-quality service? We work responsibly as part of a reliable team. You will work as a Cleaning Services Instructor under a manager and play a key role in ensuring that cleaning at customer sites runs smoothly and meets quality standards. You will ensure that work is done safely and in accordance with shared quality standards and procedures. You will act as a key link between employees, operational management and customers in support of your manager; the role does not include formal managerial responsibility. Customer service is central to the role. Success requires a customer-oriented mindset and good interpersonal skills. Your work directly affects the customer experience and customer relationships, so active cooperation, clear communication and a solution-oriented approach are important. Your responsibilities include: - Ensuring the quality of daily cleaning, planning work assignments and using resources cost-effectively. - Developing operations continuously with your manager and contributing improvement suggestions. - Guiding and training employees and ensuring safe working practices. - Cooperating with customers. - Regularly taking part in practical cleaning work. What we expect from you: - Experience in cleaning and knowledge of commercial cleaning services. - A qualification in the cleaning industry. - Ability to guide and support colleagues in everyday situations, promote an equal and respectful working atmosphere, and give clear feedback. - Organisational skills and initiative. - A customer-friendly approach and a positive attitude. - Ability to work under pressure and solve problems. - Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Finnish or English. Language skills are important for guiding employees, understanding work instructions, ensuring safe work and handling employment matters.
