Restaurant Manager, Hesburger Nokianvaltatie Drive-in, Nokia One of the world’s largest restaurants is looking for a Restaurant Manager! We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for Hesburger Nokianvaltatie on a permanent contract. The position offers 112.5 working hours per three-week period. Nokia is only a stone’s throw from Tampere. The renovation of the Hesburger on Nokianvaltatie will be completed and the restaurant will reopen in renewed form on 18 November 2026. Work will start no later than 15 November 2026. As Restaurant Manager, you have a great opportunity to help build the renewed restaurant. Could this be the right opportunity for you? The salary is €2,803–€2,996 per month, depending on your previous experience. In addition to hourly pay, our supervisors have a bonus compensation system. We also reward our Restaurant Managers with incentive pay for good performance. What does the work involve? As Restaurant Manager, you are responsible for the restaurant’s supervisory team and its overall operations and results. You are responsible for your staff’s competence, well-being and training. You ensure that working practices and operations at your restaurant comply with our chain concept. Your duties also include recruitment and employment-related matters. You will be supported by a mentor Restaurant Manager, your own Area Manager, who is also your direct supervisor, and a strong chain organisation. You have the opportunity to influence your working hours, but we hope you are ready to work flexibly within the restaurant’s opening hours. Experience in supervisory duties? Great! We expect you to have strong experience in supervisory roles and the restaurant industry, as well as fluent Finnish and English.
