Practical nurse (substitute)

We are seeking a substitute practical nurse for Pohjanmaa Wellbeing Services County, with initial placement at Kristiinakoti, Kristinestad. The substitute position begins on 28 December 2026 and ends on 30 June 2027. Eligibility requirement: A practical nurse qualification or a qualification under the Decree on Health Care Professionals (564/1994) or the Government Decree on Social Welfare Professionals (153/2016). Satisfactory spoken and written command of both national languages of Finland. Practical nurse graduates must be registered in both professional registers of the Finnish Licensing and Supervision Agency, Terhikki and Suosikki. The selected candidate must have valid vaccination protection under section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act (1227/2016). In addition, the selected candidate must provide the criminal records extract referred to in section 6(2) of the Criminal Records Act. A probationary period applies.
