Responsibilities
- Own the platform-wide test automation strategy and drive its future direction.
- Build scalable, reusable automation frameworks used across multiple products and projects.
- Work with a diverse technology landscape, including embedded Linux devices, web applications, APIs, and real-time communication systems.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product owners, and test engineers to embed quality into the development process.
- Guide and support a community of automation practitioners across the organization.
- Stay hands-on by designing, building, and improving automation solutions yourself.
Requirements
- Experience leading test automation in complex software, platform, or system environments.
- Strong hands-on skills in Robot Framework and Python.
- Experience with UI, API, and integration testing.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and modern software development practices.
- The ability to design reusable solutions that support multiple teams and products.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for quality, continuous improvement, and solving complex challenges.
