ICT Procurement Lawyer

We are seeking an ICT procurement lawyer for a permanent position in the Procurement Services unit, subunit for Tenders & Contracts, serving the Education sector. The role provides legal expert support on ICT procurements, contracts and procurement processes for the Education sector, ensuring compliance with procurement laws and proper contract management across the lifecycle of ICT systems, applications and services. Key duties include applying procurement law and contract law to ICT procurements, providing legal support for ICT procurements and tenders, preparing and reviewing procurement documents and participating in contract negotiations, interpreting ICT agreements and ensuring proper contract storage and archiving (including Cloudia), preparing contract amendments, options and other contracting arrangements, advising sector experts on ICT procurement and contract law questions, and providing legal support for framework agreements and system acquisitions. Compensation is a fixed monthly salary plus possible experience allowance (max 8% per KVTES).
