Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced technical sales professional to strengthen Comatec's electrical and automation business. The work location can be Tampere, Turku, Vantaa, Imatra, Joensuu or another Comatec office in Finland. Work is done in hybrid model. Your duties include: selling electrical and automation solutions to industrial customers, identifying and building new customer relationships, maintaining and growing existing ones, mapping customer needs and constructing solutions independently and with Comatec experts, preparing offers, negotiations and advancing sales, collaborating with sales, design, project organization and other stakeholders. What we expect from you: strong technical expertise in electrical and automation solutions, experience in technical B2B sales and new customer acquisition, understanding of process industry, energy sector or other technical industries, ability to translate customer needs into commercial solutions, engineering or DI-level education or other suitable training and experience, goal-oriented proactive work style, good negotiation, interaction and collaboration skills, fluent Finnish and English, willingness to travel as required by customer meetings and projects. The salary range is 6000–8000 €/month. Final salary depends on skills and experience.
