Responsibilities

Support in the preparation of budgets, operating plans, forecasts, and investment strategies for Transformation Office.
Critically review and actively contribute to building the business plan, validating implementation outcome, supports calculations for actuals and forecast, reconciling results with the P&L.
Co-drives results with other stakeholders to achieve ambitious company set targets.
Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the company's performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making.
Build and enhance reporting to provide meaningful insight into current and future performance.
Liaise directly with different Transformation Office stakeholders for financial insight on both current period analytics as well as point of view development for forecast builds.
Manage delivery of key reporting metrics for Kraton Leadership Team.
Perform ad hoc reports and other analyses and special projects as requested.

Requirements

5 to 10 years of experience in finance and accounting
Knowledge of accounting policies and practices
Excellent problem solving skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
SAP experience (FI/COPA/BI) preferred
