• Support in the preparation of budgets, operating plans, forecasts, and investment strategies for Transformation Office.
• Critically review and actively contribute to building the business plan, validating implementation outcome, supports calculations for actuals and forecast, reconciling results with the P&L.
• Co-drives results with other stakeholders to achieve ambitious company set targets.
• Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the company's performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making.
• Build and enhance reporting to provide meaningful insight into current and future performance.
• Liaise directly with different Transformation Office stakeholders for financial insight on both current period analytics as well as point of view development for forecast builds.
• Manage delivery of key reporting metrics for Kraton Leadership Team.
• Perform ad hoc reports and other analyses and special projects as requested.
