Head of Financial Administration Services

GOS Group Oyj seeks an experienced and inspiring leader for financial administration services to drive the unit that includes accounting, payroll, implementation and system support services. The role oversees nearly 50 specialists via nine team leaders, reports to the CEO, and collaborates closely with business, sales and other expert teams. The candidate should combine deep financial administration expertise with ability to lead senior professionals and develop operations to meet the needs of a growing client base. The job includes leading operational accounting and payroll services, ensuring service quality, efficiency and continued development, directing recruitment and resource planning, leading implementation and systems support activities, and fostering process improvements, cross-functional collaboration and client relationships. The position is hybrid with primary location in Oulu and additional offices in Turku, Helsinki and Tampere; regular presence across offices is expected.
