Sales Representative

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic salesperson to join AT Aurinkopaneelit Oy’s growing team. AT Aurinkopaneelit Oy is a Finnish solar power system expert offering turnkey solar solutions from design to installation, helping customers move toward self-sufficient energy and lower electricity bills. The role covers the entire sales process from meeting potential customers to closing deals. You will present solar power systems to households that save money and protect the environment, and you will help customers move toward more sustainable energy. Your workday will include pre-scheduled customer visits at their homes, and you will also actively pursue new customers and help existing customers expand their current energy solutions to meet evolving needs. No prior sales experience is required; the key is the right attitude and willingness to tackle new challenges. You should be outgoing with strong communication skills, enjoy goal-oriented work, be able to work independently while also being a great team player, and be comfortable with travel. Your base may be Lahti, with customer visits also within Päijät-Häme. You will have a company car and must hold a valid driving license. The position requires you to be of legal age and proficient in Finnish. You can influence your pay through a commission-based model, with the first month earning a base salary of at least 1000 euros, after which you’ll enter a highly motivating commission scheme with average earnings of 4000–5000 €/month.
