About the role

Background and duties: UNDP emphasizes diversity, inclusion and equity and invites applicants from all backgrounds. The internship involves supporting recruitment and HR processes (preparing presentations and information sessions, updating induction materials and welcome kits, assisting with onboarding activities), supporting internal HR communications and knowledge sharing (developing internal communications, researching HR best practices), and providing administrative and operational support and analytics (tracking tasks, following HR requests in UNall, supporting HR analytics and dashboards). Other activities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications include enrollment in a postgraduate degree (such as a Master’s or higher) or being in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or having recently graduated and starting the internship within one year of graduation or enrollment in a postgraduate professional traineeship where the internship is a requirement. Internship conditions describe a monthly stipend (477.79 TND for in-person internships in Tunisia) to cover basic daily expenses; other travel and living costs are the responsibility of the intern or sponsoring institution.
