About the role
As the Project Controller you are responsible for cost tracking and forecasting for the data center project, working closely with project managers and the Project Controls leadership to ensure the project’s financial targets are met with precise monitoring and forecasting. We offer a unique opportunity to follow the data center project from a front-row position in an international environment, becoming part of a capable and dynamic team with low hierarchy, diverse expertise and room for independent input.

Responsibilities
- Project controls management for cost tracking and forecasting with project managers
- Prepare cash flow and revenue forecasts and monitor them
- Enter budgets and forecasts into ERP system
- Financial reporting and monitoring for change orders and additions
- Manage invoicing forecasts and monitor overdue invoices
- Prepare project review materials and provide financial support during reviews
- Track procurement plans and committed costs
Requirements
- Strong experience in project controller roles and understanding of project economics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficient English in an international environment
- Proactive, precise and meticulous work approach
- Willingness to challenge project managers and participate in discussions
