Café Worker

Café worker – Tampere city centre. We are seeking an experienced and energetic extra café employee for a café located in Tampere city centre. You will perform a range of day-to-day café tasks. We are looking for someone with prior experience in making specialty coffees and who can work independently in the café when needed. Duties include: - Preparing specialty coffees and ensuring quality coffee - Customer service and cash handling - Making and displaying breads and pastries - Maintaining café cleanliness and order - Independently opening and closing the café - Other daily café tasks Requirements: - Prior experience as a barista or café worker - Good ability in making specialty coffees - Willingness to work independently - Reliability and responsible work attitude - Good customer service mindset - Hygienic certificate - Flexibility with shifts Salary by agreement, taking into account prior experience This job suits someone seeking extra shifts and varied working hours. Shifts are available as needed by the café, in a pleasant environment in Tampere city centre.
