Assistant Coach

Lead with the concrete role and responsibilities: Lenus is seeking a Part Time Assistant Coach to join our North America team on rolling applications. You will deliver hands-on coaching for our Assistant Coaching service across North America, work directly with coaches to manage a subset of clients, ensuring a high-quality branded coaching experience that drives client satisfaction and retention. You will support day-to-day coaching operations while maintaining the standards and philosophies of the coaches you back. Location requirements include residence in North America (GA, OH, IN, NC, TN, TX, UT, ON, MB, BC). The role may require weekends, evenings, and holidays. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality coaching, deploying coach templates, applying protocols, managing client inboxes, and maintaining authentic client interactions. You will ensure seamless integration with coach workflows, handle multiple coaches and brand identities, and meet SLAs for responses. You will oversee the client lifecycle including renewals and cancellations and identify upsell opportunities.
