We are seeking a dedicated counselor for Tampere region to support families and volunteers in the Mummun ja vaarin tupa project. The role includes practical implementation of coming-together activities with a partner, accompanying visits to shops, and cooking. The site serves families with children and seniors, and activities run on weekday evenings. Working hours may include preparation and wrap-up tasks with shifts likely between 15:00 and 19:30. We expect relevant social, youth, or education training and ideally experience with families and volunteer guiding. You should be open-minded, self-driven, have strong interpersonal skills, and be capable of working in a multicultural environment. We offer meaningful work in a reputable, evolving organization.
