Sales Assistant

The DNA Store role is active and multi-channel; you will sell DNA subscriptions, internet, entertainment services, devices and accessories, both in-store and via chat and phone. You will learn about products, services, systems and DNA’s service approach. You’ll greet customers, identify needs, suggest solutions and guide customers through purchases, ensuring they understand what to buy and why. You’ll work with the team to achieve targets, maintain store presentation, and support customers through digital channels. The position includes shifts in stores in Tampere area with occasional online store chat duties. The job requires you to be at least 18, fluent in Finnish and good English; previous sales experience is an advantage but not required. You’ll receive thorough onboarding and ongoing support from your supervisor and team, a well-known brand and broad product range, and opportunities for development. Salary consists of base pay plus personal sales commission, with a guaranteed minimum of 13.76 €/h per ICT collective agreement; average monthly earnings for sales staff are currently around €2,800. After probation you’ll receive a company phone, a gym benefit and a company bike, and other employee benefits. Commencement by agreement; employment is permanent.
