Construction Supervisor

Etsimme Kahva Oy:lle työnjohtajaa vakituiseen työsuhteeseen. In this role you are a key link ensuring smooth progress of sites, coordinating between sites, clients, installers, drivers and company management. You will ensure work progresses as planned, schedules are kept and information flows efficiently among all parties. You should be able to organize, lead people, and practically solve arising situations. Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but more important is the right attitude, initiative and desire to develop. Daily duties include: site daily management and coordination; planning, organizing, and scheduling; directing workers, installers and drivers; delegating tasks and managing resources; collaborating with clients and stakeholders; monitoring project progression and reporting; ensuring information flow between sites and company; participating in on-site tasks when needed. Your tasks evolve with project progression. You work as part of a team of professionals but your work is independent and requires initiative and problem solving. We expect: flexible, responsible, solution-focused approach; good communication and collaboration skills; ability to decide and push things forward; Finnish and English language skills; driving license and own car; knowledge of tools and working methods; experience from sites and project management is a plus.
