The physician will be responsible for medical care of patients in the assessment units during the treatment periods, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, and participate in care and goal meetings. On-site presence requirements include at least 3 days per week in Auroranmäki and at least weekly visits in Karkkila; the physician should be reachable during weekdays 08:00–16:00. Systems in use include Lifecare, Navitas reference service, and My+ Care laboratory system. The role supports short- and long-term needs in health services for wellbeing regions and private clients. Qualifications include Doctor of Medicine (LL) and at least one year of independent elderly patient care in housing units, assessment units, or home care in Finland after licensure; proficient Finnish and ability to care for Swedish-speaking residents in their native language.
