Do you want to help ensure that our ICT services meet regulatory requirements in practice, not just on paper? We are looking for a specialist to take responsibility for ICT compliance, monitoring-related systems, and the practical implementation of audit and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that DORA, the AI Act, and other regulatory requirements are reflected in concrete practices, processes, and system solutions. This is a new position, so you will have a genuine opportunity to influence its content and ways of working. The detailed remit will be refined according to the role’s objectives, responsibilities, and organisational needs. You will work as a compliance specialist in ICT services application support and ensure that requirements relating to regulation, monitoring, audits, and risk management are implemented in practice. You will not merely coordinate: you will actively investigate and develop solutions. You will clarify requirements, identify gaps, prepare solutions, drive actions forward, and ensure their completion together with service managers, stakeholders, and suppliers. You will take ownership of broader areas and make sure regulatory requirements become part of everyday operations. We work in a hybrid model, and the work location is Espoo. Your responsibilities include: - Investigating, interpreting, and implementing DORA, the AI Act, and other ICT regulatory requirements. - Preparing for audits, inspections, and regulatory supervision, and carrying out related actions. - Analysing identified gaps, planning and implementing corrective measures, and monitoring their progress. - Ensuring, together with service managers, that requirements relating to risk management, continuity management, and supplier management are met. - Producing reports, status overviews, and management monitoring reports. - Maintaining and developing documentation required by regulation and audits. - Compiling, analysing, and quality-checking information provided to authorities, internal audit, and external auditors. - Preparing, defining, and delivering regulatory development projects. - Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and handling and reporting deviations. - Managing systems and tools related to regulation, monitoring, risk management, and audits within your area of responsibility. What we expect from you You have experience in areas such as ICT services, risk management, audits, continuity management, or compliance. We particularly value: - The ability to investigate matters independently and see them through decisively. - A proactive, responsible, and practical approach to work. - Experience with DORA, the AI Act, or other regulatory requirements. - Experience with audits, supervision, and handling their findings. - Strong collaboration and communication skills. - A desire to develop operations, processes, and systems over the long term. - A relevant higher education degree. - Fluent Finnish and English. What we offer We offer the opportunity to help build the organisation’s operational resilience, risk management, and compliance at a time when regulation is becoming increasingly important. You will own a visible and influential area combining ICT services, system responsibilities, risk management, audits, regulatory requirements, and operational development. This role is suited to someone who wants genuine ownership, to see the practical impact of their work, and to contribute centrally to developing the organisation’s compliance and operational resilience. Your wellbeing, development, and a smooth everyday working life matter to us. Our comprehensive employee benefits support your health, financial security, and enjoyment at work. They include extensive occupational healthcare, a personnel fund, insurance benefits, a meal benefit, and a range of sports and leisure benefits. We support continuous learning and offer flexible opportunities to work across multiple locations when the role allows. You will become part of an enthusiastic, kind, and successful team. Further information If you have questions about the role or working with us, contact Service Director Anna Siintola at 040 1793360 during the listed call times, or email anna.siintola@lahitapiola.fi. Apply by completing the application form by 1 November 2026. We interview candidates during the application period and will fill the position once a suitable person is found. We would be pleased if you could start on 1 January 2027. The credit information of the person provisionally selected for the role will be checked.
