Position Job Title: HR Business Partner Supply Chain. Location: Open in EMEA; various locations including Burgos, Logrono, Brussels, Helsinki, Milan, Dublin, Prague among others. Contract Type: Permanent. Job Purpose: Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to make a tangible impact? As the HR Business Partner for Amcor’s Supply Chain function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the people agenda across a multi-country supply chain network indirectly impacting 64+ plants in 20 countries. You will partner with senior leaders and HR teams and implement best-in-class HR solutions across a diverse network. Qualifications include a degree in HR or related fields; English fluency; experience in matrix and international organizations; strong HR systems experience (SuccessFactors, Workday).

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, shaping and implementing people strategies that align with business priorities.
- Lead the design and delivery of talent management programs, performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capability across the network.
- Drive engagement and create positive energy across the organization. Support transformation initiatives, harmonize HR practices across plants, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleLink/Workday).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proven HR leadership in mature supply chain environments from FMCG corporations
- Experience in matrix, international organizations with strong HR business partnering, talent, and capability development
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleLink) and strong data-driven mindset
- Skilled in change management with a passion for driving transformation and engagement
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels, adaptable, approachable, and a strong team player
