Job Description

We are currently looking for an Aftersales Lead which internally will be called Customer Service Lead. This person will be a key member of Polestar's Customer Service Operations team where you will serve as a primary point of contact for workshops and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. You will be responsible for coordinating service operations, addressing queries, and supporting workshops and partners to maintain high service standards. The role involves managing service processes, resolving issues promptly, and aligning workshop and partner activities with Polestar's operational goals. It is based at Polestar Norway HQ in Fornebu, Oslo, mainly working onsite with regular travel to service and retail partners. Your responsibilities include driving aftersales performance, service quality, and sustainable growth, supporting service partners, analyzing KPIs, leading improvement initiatives, and delivering strategic projects to grow revenue and customer loyalty.
