About the role

Intern - HRIS System Administrator We are offering an internship opportunity for a Human Resources Information System Administrator to join our People team. This role is ideal for undergraduate students who are interested in data management and HR systems. You will gain hands‑on experience working with an HR Information System, supporting HR operations, and learning how HR data and systems are used in an international organization. Duration: 6 months, Location: Our office in Maroussi-Attica (100% working from office) During your internship, you will: - Support the daily administration of out HR Information System (HRIS) - Assist with maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date employee data - Provide basic system support to HR users under guidance - Help create reports and data extracts using our HRIS tool - Support the testing of system updates and new HR processes - Contribute to the documentation of our HRIS tool - Participate in HR projects You will work closely with experienced HR and HRIS professionals and receive structured guidance and mentoring. Who we are looking for, You are: - An undergraduate student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related fields - Interested in HRIS systems, digital tools, and data - Detail‑oriented and comfortable working with information and numbers - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn - Able to handle confidential information responsibly You have: - Comfortable working with digital tools and systems - Good knowledge of MS Excel - Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a willingness to learn - Any prior exposure to HR systems or databases is a plus, but not required - Fluency in English (written and spoken) Nice to have: - Basic understanding of HR processes (an advantage but not required) - Initial exposure to an HRIS or ERP system (e.g. Fairsail / Sage People or similar) - Basic understanding of HR processes (e.g. employee data, absences, reporting) What we offer: - Practical experience in HRIS system and HR operations - Exposure to real‑life HR processes in an international environment - Training, mentoring, and ongoing support - A professional and collaborative working environment Requirements: - Eligible for a formal internship placement as per school curriculum - English fluency, both written and spoken Intern perks: - A multicultural and international company with over 60 different nationalities - A start-up and innovation mindset while in the process of scaling-up processes and efficiencies - A strong learning environment Intern Salary (basic statutory wage) Lunch Allowance Parking lot or Public Transportation Card
