
Service Advisor

We are looking for a service advisor who will be a partner to our customers and colleagues in the workshop. A person who can listen, plan, communicate and together with the team ensure that every service order is handled professionally from start to finish. What you will do You will be the main contact for customers during the entire service process. This means that you will: - receive vehicles into service and agree on the scope of repairs with customers, - plan workshop work together with mechanics and coordinate the progress of orders, - continuously inform customers about the status of repairs and suggest the best solutions, - cooperate with the spare parts warehouse and other colleagues in the service, - ensure the administration of service orders including invoicing, - take care of long-term relationships with customers and their satisfaction. Who we are looking for Approach is more important to us than a list of experiences. We will appreciate it if you: - have technical or automotive education, - have experience from service or the automotive environment, - enjoy communicating with customers and finding solutions, - can organize your work well and determine priorities, - cooperation is as important to you as independence, - work carefully and responsibly, - master basic computer work, - hold a Group B driver's license. Knowledge of Scania trucks, English or a Group C driver's license are an advantage, not a condition.
