Construction Site Engineer

CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy is seeking a Construction Site Engineer for our client's demanding construction project in Kymenlaakso. In the role, you will work as part of the site's project organisation and support site management and the project manager in ensuring the smooth execution of the project. Your duties include, among other things: - Reviewing and coordinating plans and working drawings - Quantity and cost estimation, and preparing and monitoring procurements - Preparing and monitoring schedules - Quality assurance and documentation-related tasks - Promoting occupational safety on site - Collaborating with subcontractors, designers and an international client organisation We hope you have: - Construction-sector education (Bachelor of Engineering in Construction from a university of applied sciences or a construction manager qualification) - An understanding of construction production and site practices - An accurate and systematic approach to work - Good English skills (in an international project environment) - Good collaboration skills and initiative Accommodation and travel arrangements can be organised through CMS by separate agreement.
