Construction Laborer

Construction laborer for the Sipoo–Porvoo area! We are looking for energetic people for gigs at construction sites in Eastern Uusimaa. If you are not afraid to get stuck in and enjoy practical tasks, you may be the person we are looking for. Job duties: Your workday will consist of varied construction support tasks, such as carrying, cleaning and clearing, material handling, and different assisting demolition tasks. The work is physical and active, so you will be moving throughout the workday. You will also work alongside more experienced construction professionals, assisting them in different work stages while building your own knowledge of the construction industry. The work is on a gig basis, and workdays generally fall on weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30. Worksites vary, so you should be prepared to travel between them. The changing worksites also give you the chance to see different construction sites. To succeed in the role: Previous construction work experience or studies in the field are an advantage, but you can also start without prior experience. Good motivation and a willingness to develop are most important. Access to your own car is an advantage and makes it easier to travel between sites. The role requires: - Being at least 18 years old - Finnish language skills - A valid Occupational Safety Card approved by the Centre for Occupational Safety - Readiness to do physically demanding work We offer: The opportunity to work on interesting and varied tasks. The general rate for construction laborers is €12.59–€14.19 per hour, plus supplements. You will also receive all necessary workwear and support from our HR team throughout your employment.
